Product Description

a. Made of high-resistant injected plastic--PP;

b. Six-position regulator that enables the correct amount of feed to be delivered according to the age of chickens, just need to catch two ears in the inner and pull them out adjust up and down.

c. Easy assembly and disassembly system for cleaning the pan;

d. A flange is incorporated to keep the pan suspended for handling;

e. The pan bottom can be disassembled on the ground, which can be used for day-old chicks;

f. V-shape plate design can reduce feed storage on bottom, so birds can always eat fresh feed, which also prevents birds staying on the plate for a long time;

g. The edge of pan plate tilt towards the center, which avoids waste of feed, the smooth edge prevents birds craws hurting and make sure safe and comfort feeding;

1. Main Feeding System (Silo)

    The feed is transported to the inside of the chicken house through a main feed line conveyor system in the lower part of the storage tower, and the feed is transported  to the distribution lines through hoppers. The storage system ensures that feed is not easily contaminated and transport systems avoid loss of feed during transport.

2. Feeding Line System

     After the hopper receives the dropped feed in pipe, the feed is transported to the distribution feed pipes through the hot-dip galvanized pipe, and the level sensor at the tail senses the amount of feed to avoid feed overflowing.
